Capacity Building Training


The NEF's philosophy is to empower employers to ‘do it themselves’. This applies to all aspects of Labour Relations from induction programmes to exit interviews, and includes all the facets in between. In today's business world human capital is of vital importance and how and how-not-to handle staff is a critical part of any operation. The handling of disputes and the work of the Office of the Labour Commissioner are some of the most critical issues in labour relations in Namibia today.

With these aims and concerns in mind the NEF engages in training employers to assist them in ‘doing it themselves’ and to endeavour to avoid the situation of being taken to Conciliation and arbitration.
