NEF Employment and Labour Seminar

The Labour Act, Act 11 of 2007, was implemented with effect from 01 November 2008.. 13 years down the line, with the advent of Covid-19, there is still a critical need for employers, trade unions and employees to become more and more well-informed of the various provisions introduced by the Labour Act and its amendments. The awareness and knowledge of the provisions of the Act will contribute to the economic growth, productivity and peaceful co-existence between the Government, employers and workers.
